How to download a Snapshot eg Version 3.0.1?

Is there a way to download a snapshot, or do I have to wait until its officiall?
I have some issues that have already been fixed, but I need my project to be finished.

Putting the following in my mvn pom.xml is letting me get the latest RC of richfaces and ajx4jsf:
