jboss3.0.4 with JDK 1.4.1 on OpenBSD

Hi All,

I have been trying to get JBOSS running on OpenBSD but am having troubles. I have jdk 1.4 running and that seems to be working fine, i have made appropriate modifications to the run.sh for jboss but i can't seem to get the jboss server running. It looks as if it is running but when i try to connect to it through http://localhost:8080 i get a DNS error. Just wondering if anyone has got it working on OpenBSD and ifso what steps they took towards getting JBOSS working.

did you deploy a web application that is supposed to answer at http://localhost:8080?

If not, you should try http://localhost:8080/jmx-console to see if the server is running.
