JBoss-3.0.6-Apache1.3.27-Windows

As I understand, JBoss-3.0.6 comes with integrated Jetty servlet container. I needed to integrate JBoss-3.0.6 with Apache1.3.27 and I followed the same steps as i wud have for JBoss-Tomcat bundle using mod_jk.dll and workers.properties. Good news is that the integration works fine. But my question is how come?? Is Jetty similar to Tomcat - does Jetty also have the concept of ajp12, ajp13 and does Jetty expose the same ports as Tomcat to talk to Apache? This deployment is on a Windows machine.

Jetty opens an AJP13 listener on port 8009 by default. Is that what you mean?

Juha, I just wanted to make sure that my approach to integration is right. I was under the impression that mod_jk.dll and workers.properties is something that is specific to tomcat. now i think i realize that mod_jk and workers.properties can be used by jetty also to enable apache-jetty communication. please correct me if i am wrong.

I no nothing about apache integration but I think this is correct ;-)
