Hi all,
We have jboss installed under redhat, with Ant, JDK 1.4.1, and so forth. All of it works fine when running on its own.
We would like to find out how to run it as a service so that restarting the server will allow it to run without having to log in. We tried setting up the run.sh @ or something like that, and it starts it, then stops it. What do we need to do or modify to allow it to run all the time?
Thanks.
Check out jboss_redhat_init in bin dir. Call it from your /etc/init.d/rc3.d or rc5.d. That should give you what you need.
