pgmjsd May 24, 2003 1:51 PM (in response to jecardenas)Is it the case that the server configuration *must* reside under the JBOSS_HOME directory? I've been trying to do a simliar thing (have multiple developers working on a set of large UN*X boxes). The thing is, I'd like to have the JBoss server configurations in a different file system.
With Weblogic, this is easy, you just specify the configuration directory, and it picks everything up from there. -

juhalindfors May 25, 2003 3:30 AM (in response to jecardenas)no it's not mandatory (have a look at how netboot works for instance, all you need is the /bin directory to start up, everything else can be loaded from other locations)
