JBoss' default timezone

Is there a way (Besides changing the OS settings) to change JBoss default timezone ?

try setting the property:
-Duser.timezone=America/Los_Angeles

Can you tell me where do I set it. I have various instances of jboss server running (different directories for each application inside server directory in $JBOSS_HOME).
