Port 4444, Blaster worm & general port usage

We had a friendly fire incident last night where our networking group started filtering on port 4444 to combat the spread of the blaster worm. This knocked out all our Java client connections to JBoss. It took me a while to determine that we had a port contention issue and that JBoss (2.4) was using 4444 and get that changed.

Question is, how can I put together a list of all ports used by JBoss and how each is configured?

With 3.2 you should look into BindingManager service.
