Upgrating from 3.0.7 to 3.2.2

Is there a set of tips or advice how to upgrate from 3.0.7 to 3.2.2 easy? Just replacing config files (expectedly) doesn't work.
Myabe others already have written such TODOs and no need to reinvent wheel?

I don't have such a guide, what problems are you seeing?

One major feature that has changes is the datasource configuration files.
