Unable to run deployer

Hi,

I've just installed JBoss 3.2.2RC4. I got the following error message when I tried to run the deployer.bat in the bin folder.

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/jboss/jmx/service/RemoteDeployer

Am I missing something?
