Don't ever install JBOSS under a directory with a space in it i.e C:\program files\ This causes JSP compiling problems. create a install directory without spaces. It took me a day to figure this out. So hopefully I am saving you some time, or maybe I am just not that bright.

I have it running on Program Files, but I do not use the tomcat versions of JBoss. The Tomcat versions of JBoss have issues with spaces in the path.
