Disabling unnecessary Services in JBoss 3.2

hi,
we are using JBoss3.2 as application server in our application.we are not using the default database Hypersonic SQL and the datasource seetings.In our application we are making rmi call to other system.so i don't need these settings enabled in our JBoss.what settings i have to do for better performance.When we are doing the load testing i am getting the following exception

This is not an exception, it is just a logged debug statement.

If you don't need the HSQL datasource then remove the hsql-ds.xml from deploy directory.
