URGENT Please help!!! Deloyment on JBoss

Hi,
I am using JBoss3.2.2RC1 and am a newbie to it. I am trying to deploy a test bean to the server and I cannot run the deplyer tool in the bin folder. It just ends up giving classDefNotFoundError all the time despite giving the path for all the paths.

At one time it successfully went through that error and then came with the message that the client VM will be used instead of the server VM and stays just there. I assume there should be a GUI that enables me to do this task as in the J2EE server right?

Can someone please help me very soon on this so that I may start off with my deployment work?

Hello Sherveen,
Have you tried to package your bean into a jar/war/ear file and then dump it into deploy directory. This is the I way I use to deploy my beans, and seems to be straight forward. I have never used the deployer tool.
