Migration from Bea WebLogic to JBoss

Hello,

I want to migrate from Bea WebLogic to Jboss and I need some Information what I have to do.
Are there any migrationhelps, books or guides available, which describe what I have to do and where the differences between Bea WebLogic and Jboss are.

There's a FOEDeployer in the org.jboss.varia.deployer that converts WL deployment descriptors into JBoss deployment descriptors on the fly when you deploy your packages (not sure which WL version it supports though).

Also if you look into varia/resource you can find the XSL scripts for both WL 5.1 and 6.1 that convert WL descriptors into JBoss descriptors.
