JBoss classpath and JVM Parameters

Hi,
Can anybody tell me how can I set the VM parameters in JBoss and the server classpath??
I have a xml configuration file that I try to load using the ClassLoader, but JBoss does not find this file.
Is there any configuration file in Jboss server to be changed so this file could be found??

You should not add anything to the system classpath, as a general rule.

You can modify the Java command line in either run.bat or run.conf depending what type of shell you're using.
