How to read a user defined xml file at the server startup?

I want to read a user defined xml file using methods defined in a java class at the startup of the jboss server.
For this, What I have done is
Run a batch file from run.bat.
In that batch file , I have run a java program to read an xml file.

Now, when I run run.bat file, there's a NoClassDefFoundError : org/jboss/Main.

Can anybody plz help me to find the solution for the problem.
