Two Sites/Two IP's - One instance of JBoss 3.2.1

I have spent several hours researching how to run 2 different sites each with its own IP with one instance of Jboss. So far I have not found the answer. Please help.

Is there a reason why you can't run two copies of JBoss?

No reason that we can't run 2 copies. I just wanted to make sure I was utilizing best practice.
