It apparently works, but by default logs byte data excessively. Note that this assumes that the Apache side was still configured with mod_jk, but JBoss/Tomcat was run with default settings. So, ignore the instructions on configuring Tomcat, unless you can figure out how tto stop the dumping. If you do, please post it. -

jonlee Jan 31, 2004 4:19 PM (in response to rolsmar)Add the following to your JBOSS_HOME/server/default/conf/log4j.xml (or appropriate run-time instance for JBoss) to filter the logging output:
<!category name="org.apache.jk"> <!priority value="WARN"/> <!/category>
Remove the '!' as these are just inserted so the log4j.xml fragment is displayed - this release of the forum software seems to be brain-dead.
