hot deployment has stopped working

My attention was drawn to this when it suddenly started serving an old version of the site, even after I deleted the ear from the main deploy directory.

I have recently switched to JRocket 8.1 JVM and may be running low on memory - could this be a factor?

Can any one shed light on this strange behaviour?

I'm running JBoss 3.2.3 on WindowsXP

Forget that - I was running 3.2.2 by mistake !!
