Start JBoss - Depends On Me: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

Hello,

I've had some problems to start the jboss.
When I've started, I've received this message:
MBeans waiting for other MBeans:
[ObjectName: jboss.net:service=Axis
state: FAILED
I Depend On:
Depends On Me: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/soap/SOAPException]

It's some jar files? Because of this I can't work with web service.

Can anybody help me/

http://192.168.10.19:8080/jboss-net/servlet/AxisServlet

I receive
HTTP Status 503 - Servlet JBossAxisServlet is currently unavailable

Please, help me.
