configuring struts on jboss

hi guys, i'm current using jboss ver 3.2.3

how do i go about configuring the web.xml and where to i place the .jar files in order for jboss the recongise struts codings. please help

For that you need to look at the Struts documentation.
There are some very good books on the subject, for example "Struts in Action".
