Error deploying setup

hi All,
I have downloaded jboss 3.2.3 and installed on Windows xp.

To create my own setup I just simply copied "default" to "personaloffice" directory.

So my server directory looks like:
all
default
personaloffice
minimal

But when I try to run the server, I get deployment errors.

Any ideas ?
