Diffrence between all, default and minimal configuration

Hello,

I would be interested in a document that shows the differents steps to go between a minimal configuration and the default one, and between the default and the all configuration.

For example I would like to enable clustering starting from the "default" configuration. What are the required "minimum" files that I need to copy from the all directory to the default one?

Same question for farming for example...

Clustering are all the HA files in the all configuration and some config switches...

Actually the best to do is to buy the Administration and development Guide that explains more or less the whole jbo architecture
