Hardware Requirements

Hi,

I'm a J2EE developer from Venezuela.

I'm actually running JBOSS 3.2.5.

My question is about hardware requirements.

The actual server is a Dual Intel Xeon 3.06 Ghz, 1Gb RAM, 160Gb RAID 1

The Jboss serves at least 47 J2EE applications and constantly degrades the overall performance (WEB side, Server Side).

Do you think i need more RAM, CPU Power?

Have you performed any profiling yet to work out exactly what your problem is, picking a piece of hardware to upgrade would just be a guess.

Do you know any profiling tool i could run?

I know about a java option to get some profile info.

Is this good enough?
