1. Re: Unable to deploy typemapping Error on JBOSS
wytten Dec 30, 2004 9:53 AM (in response to raghuvis)You don't say what version of JBoss you are using.
We are also having this problem. In our case, code that worked in JBoss 3.2.3 broke when we upgraded to 4.0.0. -
2. Re: Unable to deploy typemapping Error on JBOSS
raghuvis Dec 30, 2004 10:26 AM (in response to raghuvis)I am using version 4.0 of JBOSS. I manged to resolve this by reorganizing the class path. Moved the libraries to the lib folder and fixed the issue.

mdxyz Dec 30, 2004 10:54 AM (in response to raghuvis)Which libraries do you moved? The ones you use or the Axis libs?
To which lib folder you moved them? Inside of WEB-INF in a .war file or in the JBoss default/lib folder?
I have the same problem and don't know what todo. -
4. Re: Unable to deploy typemapping Error on JBOSS
raghuvis Dec 30, 2004 11:00 AM (in response to raghuvis)I moved the axis libraries as well as the libraries that my application uses to the \jboss-4.0.1RC1\server\default\lib and restarted the server and that seemed to do the trick for me.

5. Re: Unable to deploy typemapping Error on JBOSS
wytten Dec 30, 2004 11:04 AM (in response to raghuvis)The class can be found in:
/jboss-4.0.1/docs/examples/jboss.net/jboss-net-client.jar
In my case I bundled with my ear file and it fixed the problem.
