Accessing JBoss console from a different mechine

I am trying out JBoss4 and was able to access by http://localhost:9080 fom the same mechine, but not from different mechine as http://ipaddress:9080 - Why?
FYI:Both mechines are on the same network able ping each other.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
