/Users/orb/Desktop/axis-1_1/ lib not found

I have installed jboss 4.0.1 and am using Java 1.4.2-4. When I go to compile the Dukes Bank app using:
ant -f jboss-build.xml compile
as instructed in the start guide on page 15, I get the error: /Users/orb/Desktop/axis-1_1/ lib not found.
I am sure this is a basic configuraton mistake but I have checked the installation instructions carefully. Can anyone help me correct my dumb mistake?

OK-problem solved. Upgrading from Ant 1.3 to 1.6 prevented the error. I think I will have trouble at some point in the future with axis but its cleared for now.
