How to start JBoss in development mode!!

Hi,
I've just started to work with this server (after some experience with BEA's weblogic server) and i need to know if there are any settings for starting JBoss server in development mode, like BEA's product.
What i mean is, for example, if i'm modifying the static content of a war file, i shouldn't redeploy the war file, but the server will present me the modified content.

Hot deployment in JBoss allows you to work in one of two ways: -

1 - Package your archive and copy it to the deploy folder it will then be deployed automatically.

After making changes keep repeating 1 and the old archive will be undeployed and the new archive will ne deployed.

2 - Create a folder with the extension of an archive and the directory structure and contents of an archive and place this in the deploy folder. This will be deployed as it was an archive.

Make updates to the directory structure and when you are ready for it to be redeployed just touch the main deployment descriptor and JBoss will redeploy it for you.
