Can't access to start page of JBoss AS

I install JBoss-3.2.7 and when trying to access the start page, after started the server, tha page can't be displayed, it seems that the port 8080 is been used for another app.
I had installed J2EE application server but I uninstall it already and the problem persist.
Any idea of what is happen ?

If you are on Windows use the command 'netstat -ao' to identify the process id of the application using port 8080.

I already checked the port and there is none appp. using it.
JBoss is running in XP and when I execute the start batch there are some exceptions displayed one of them is:
java.net.BindException: JVM_Bind

I have JAVA_HOME enviroment variable pointed to my j2sdk1.42_03 installation directory.
