JBoss server configuration in another directory

Hello,

Is it possible to define in the JBoss configuration to look for a particular configuration at a particular directory ?

I explain...

I'm installing JBoss on a server, and I'd like to put my applications (EAR, WAR, JAR) in another directory than those indicated by JBoss, such as :
{JBOSS_HOME}/server/[config]/deploy
...but well for example in the directory :
/[user]/jeeapps/

Like you can do with Tomcat for example... I hope to be clear, and that there is a solution for me ;-)
