Installation Problem with JBOSS 4.0.3

I downloaded JBoss 4.0.3 using jboss-4.0.3-installer for windows xp professional. I noticed a different directory structure after installation. Only default server folder is present, not the other two -- all and minimal. Embedded Tomcat is not running. I have installed standalone Tomcat 5.5 and it works fine. Also, when I install jboss 4.0.1, the directory structure has all three server folders, but embedded Tomcat is not running. I have checked environmetal variable settings, jdk, ant etc, they are all there. Any help will be greately appreciated. Thanks.

Help with what? If you want the standard dist that includes minimal/default/all download the zip or tar archives, not the installer. The installer is there to allow a single configuration to be created and customized.
