<context-root></context-root>
See what's in the context root(say, myFirstApp). Then you can access, your app as follows:
http://localhost:8080/myFirstApp -

davidsan1001 Oct 31, 2005 2:50 PM (in response to davidsan1001)Thanks for that tip. I checked out that file but there was only a lone "/" in that slot. I think they just want the app to start when you hit the raw URL, without specifying a port or anything.
There may have been an "index.html" file with a redirect in the apache docroot. If that was the case, where would it point to?
