JavaScript Error: A4j is undefined

I should say my first steps into RichFaces.
I am using RichFaces 3.2.1, GlassFish V2, IE 6.0, JSF 1.2.
'A4j is undefined' is what i got on client side.
My jsp has :

Still I am getting script error 'A4J is undefined'.
can anyone guide me where i had gone wrong?
