I am running JBOSS on a Unix HP server. It is on HP-UX 11i with a patch set of jun 06.
It is running using almost 800MB. It runs the same using the June 05 patch set. With no GOLDPACK applied it runs using 55MB.
On Windows XP it uses around 50MB
We are using java1.5 and rtunning jboss-4.0.5.GA
With jboss-4.0RCI in the same environment is uses 350MB.
Any ideas on why jboss is using such a large amount of memory?
