I have jboss installed on Solaris 10, when i hup it into the background so that i can exit my shell, and then try and shutdown it does after a few minutes it gets to the Halting VM then it just hangs and jboss creates a defunct process. Is there some issue with it running on Solaris and it not releasing the process and stopping.
