JBoss Migration from 3.2.6 to 4.0.5 GA

I did search the JBoss forum and Google to find some articles (guidelines, procedures, lessons learned etc) related to migrating from 3.2.6 to 4.0.5 GA, but couldn?t get anything useful. I would really appreciate if some one could point me to some documents or changes required from an application point of view. Thanks!

My one minute note: Some 3.2 applications will run unchanged in 4.0. If you do encounter issues, likely they will be class-loader issues or configuration file issues.

Largely, 3.2 and 4.0 are compatible.

Thank you genman! But I dropped the EAR file and try to start the jboss server after making necessary configurations, but I am getting tons of errors.
