Jar files not deploying

Greetings all,

I have a new 4.0.5.GA installation with several jar files and two war files. The war files deploy but the jar files do not. What would cause JBoss NOT to deploy jar files?

Of course as soon as I hit the "submit" button it came to me: I copied the installation from another server and did NOT delete the tmp and work directories. Stopped, deleted, restarted and all is well.
