jboss server halt when trying to start it with run.sh in bin

hi,
I recently dowloaded and installed jboss_4.2.1.GA and installed it using jems-installer-1.2.0.GA.jar.

when i trying to start it using script run.sh in bin directory it halt with error message "can'nt create deployment in server/default/conf/jboss-service.xml"

please tell me how to solve this probelm!

Please post the stack trace (the error message and the first 20 or so lines of the stack trace), and even the line or two before it.
