how to run http://202.20.20.1

hai how to configure jboss like http://202.20.20.1 not mention 8080 port after ip address.
where can i change it

i tried like run.bat -b 202.20.20.1
but that is not correct way. we have to configure in a file?
one of our forum friend told change the run.bat file and type ip adrees what u want but there is no option in run.bat
plase help me.
