Cannot deploy my persistence-unit

I'm trying to deploy a persistence-unit on JBoss 4.2, but it fails all the time:

So, what is wrong? I don't know why JBoss doesn't deploy my persistence-unit. But I'm a newbie, so maybe someone of you can help?
