Generated Markup Optimization. First Step. (Removing interna

We started optimization of the markup generated by the components. And here are the first results which was obtained by removing internal CSS (dr-*) classes:

dataTable: ~46%
suggestionbox: ~15%
inputNumberSpinner: ~6%
inputNumberSlider: ~2%

All the reduce percentage values was got by checking the component generated code size before and after removal.

We expect the next component will be influenced not less than dataTable: tree components, menu components, scrollable table, data lists.

Next step after this classes removal will be done is dealing with script objects initialization.
