1. Re: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
peterj Jun 6, 2008 10:57 AM (in response to lgweb)You can change the heap sizes in the run.bat or run.conf script (depending on you operating system). Look for the JAVA_OPTS setting, and change the value for the -Xmx option.

4. Re: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
peterj Jun 6, 2008 12:10 PM (in response to lgweb)Obviously, 63MB is not enough. How are you running jbossas? Aren't you using the run scripts?

6. Re: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
peterj Jun 6, 2008 1:22 PM (in response to lgweb)I am sorry, but I do not understand what you are saying. Especially the references to web-console confuse me because web-console has nothing to do with starting up the app server.
Do this. Open a command prompt, cd to the bin directory, and enter:run
then post the output that appears in the command prompt.
Also, I recommend moving JBossAS out of Documents and Settings. Spaces in path names tend to confuse various Java libraries. I have mine at c:\apps\jboss-4.2.2.GA
