    SQL Server Windows Authentication

We are currently attempting to replace the default hypersonic database with SQL Server 2005. We would like to use the SQL Server's windows authentication and not use the username/password combination in the datasource definition file. We would like to avoid having any passwords saved in plain text on this particular system. Is this possible and what fields must be added/used for this to be accomplished?
