Suggested additions to the documentation

I just bought and read the clustering docs. It is really nice documentation that helps a lot to understand how it is supposed to work. Since there is no other documentation available on clustering J2EE systems, there are some things, a little more periferal, that would really help to complete the picture for people (like me) that are new to clustering:
* How about including a discussion on how a web container integration in a clustered environment. What about integrated JBoss-Tomcat or JBoss-Jetty?
* How about a short planning section i.e. what kind of hardware is needed (servers, routers etc.) as well as back-end software resources (possibilities for fail-over and load-balancing for databases)
