Problem when I try do cluster with jboss3.6/catalina

I try to do a cluster why 2 machine, I start jboss with -c all option, and the first machine find the second machine, but, the fail-over not run, because when the first machine down, the second don't take the client's connect,

well, I think that yes, I included the tag clustered in my ejb description file,

I am interresting in setup the httpSesion.
