Server drops from cluster when its busy

I have a cluster with 3 servers. When one gets busy it
seems to drop out of the cluster and is reported on the other serrvers as a dead member.

How can I avoid this dropout?

I there a way to get the busy server back in the cluster without restarting the server?

Check the VERIFY_SUSPECT timeout in the cluster-service.xml for JavaGroups, maybe a higher value there will help?
