1. Re: <rich:datascroller> page buttons not working correctly
henrik.lindberg Mar 21, 2007 8:55 PM (in response to henrik.lindberg)I looked at the generated HTML after clicking on page links so the list started on 2. Look at what "page 9" onclick looks like:
onclick="A4J.AJAX.Submit('_viewRoot','spaceForm',event,{'ignoreDupResponses':true,'single':true,'parameters':{'spaceForm:_id35_parameter':'7','spaceForm:_id35':'spaceForm:_id35'},'eventsQueue':'spaceForm:_id35','actionUrl':'/cssite/spaces.seam'}); return false;" style="" class="dr-dscr-inact rich-datascr-inact null" align="center">9</td><td
See that it has the output of "9" (displayed), but the parameter in the a4j submit is actually "7" !! -
2. Re: <rich:datascroller> page buttons not working correctly
henrik.lindberg Mar 21, 2007 9:03 PM (in response to henrik.lindberg)More problems: since the behavior was wrong, I tried setting maxPages to 0 - but then it decided that my wish could not be granted and that what I wanted was actually 2 pages. (sigh) - I think it should allow 0 pages if that is what I wanted.
And if wishing for the future, I would really like to be able to style the datascroller more heavily - as an example have vertical rather than a horizontal orientation (make it more like a scrollbar). This is really difficult to do with a CSS when the buttons are actually table cells. -
