What is the diference between JBOSS and Weblogic

Its a Open Source Server adnd weblogic is not . Where in weblogic lot of tools are available for development process . Here Source code is available for programmer

I think JBoss and Weblogic has the same power, though it would cost alot of money for weblogic. Dunno, never used weblogic before.
