Initial integration test mechanism now in trunk

The instructions for running it have been added to the build page:

The referenced file on the command line needs to point to a property file (similar to the $RiftSaw/install/deployment.properties) configured with a path to JBossAS and JBossESB pre-installed environments.

Subsequent version of the integration test mechanism will enable the JBossAS/ESB environments to be downloaded and installed before initiating the integration tests.

NOTE: Currently the four tests are based on the samples, and at present all four fail in trunk, but work with the RiftSaw-2.0-M1 release.

The tests based on the quickstart examples all now work with database=hsql.

Tests also all work with the derby database configuration, specified using the system property:

mvn -Driftsaw.test.deployment.properties=${pathToTestPropFile} -Ddatabase=derby clean install -P integration
