joelvogt Aug 21, 2002 7:58 PM (in response to livejavabean)The best way to be part of the team is to go to sourceforge and start writing some code

hezekiel Aug 22, 2002 8:19 AM (in response to livejavabean)Ok. Let's assume that I would fix a possible bug, then test it with the testsuite, and finally contribute it to the cvs.
Is that it? After that the small piece of code would be part of future stable releases? (assuming it doesn't break anything) 8-\ -

sgturner Aug 22, 2002 11:03 AM (in response to livejavabean)I don't think fixing a measly bug will do it. If you write some code that is the equivalent of writing the CMP engine, then that will probably get you and invitation to join.

4. Re: how to join the team
hezekiel Aug 23, 2002 8:45 AM (in response to livejavabean)I'm not interested in joining the team, I just wanted to know what choices do I have to get bugs fixed? If I find a bug and implement a fix, to whom should I send the fix to be evaluated?

erik777 Aug 23, 2002 2:41 PM (in response to livejavabean)I'd like to take a look and see if I can fix the jboss/tomcat bundling to see if I can re-enable Tomcat features, such as the docBase property and the context tag. Is this realistic?
