How do I import all the project of jboss source code?

I have been using jboss for a long time. I want to contribute to jboss. And firstly I am trying fix some bug
I have imported all the projects of jboss, but there are so many path error, such as lacking oupt\gen-src, etc.
What should I do? Is it necessary to build jboss?

The instructions in the Wiki say that JBoss should be built before importing into Eclipse.
